Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use ezydeals.in and buy from EZY DEALS, RT Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy, return & refund policy and shipping & delivery policy.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to buy, and give us true details: your name, mobile number, email and address.
• Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at info@ezydeals.in if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or repeated refusal of orders.

2. What we sell

• We sell new, open-box, lightly used, refurbished and well-used items. Each listing shows a condition grade, real photos of the exact piece, and its details. Pre-owned items may show signs of use as described.
• The crossed-out price on a listing is the original retail price, shown for comparison.
• Warranty, where offered, is stated on the listing, invoice or order documents. Claims are handled under our return & refund policy.
• Each listing is usually a single piece. Placing an order holds it for a short time while you pay; if you don’t pay in time, it goes back on sale.

3. Prices and offers

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. A fulfilment fee, which depends on the item, is shown at checkout.
• You can make an offer on an item. We may accept or decline it. Offers below the minimum we can accept are declined automatically. An accepted offer must be paid within 24 hours, or it expires.
• If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Payment

• Pay online through Razorpay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
• With cash on delivery, you pay ₹250 online to confirm the order and the rest at delivery. Cash on delivery costs 5% more than paying in full online.
• Your order is confirmed only once the payment (or advance) has been received.

5. Delivery, refusals and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping & delivery policy. Refunds, refusals at the door and cancellations are covered by our return & refund policy, which also covers warranty claims, repairs and replacements.

6. Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, place fake orders or offers, or upload harmful content. The site’s design, text, photos and logo belong to EZY DEALS and may not be copied without permission.

7. Our liability

We take care to describe every item accurately. If something goes wrong with an order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law doesn’t allow such a limit. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at info@ezydeals.in so we can try to resolve any issue. Otherwise, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you placed it.
